Hello Everyone,
I would like to discuss one of my problems with you all.
I am working in a small company of around 50 employees, I am working as an
recruitment executive.I am a bit new to the company around 6 monthes.But in last 6 months i have become quite friendly with everyone in the company.And i have a particular group of friends which are from different depatment, as in hr only 2 people r there me and my hr manager.
But recently i have been told that i can't be friendly with people in other departments as it will give a biased image to the HR of the company.
I only interact with my friends during lunch hrs.
So i am in a dilemma as to what should be done, i can't live alone without any friends and at the same time i don't want the HR to have a partial image in front of all employees.
Can anyone please advice me as what should i do in this situation?
