I am Aarti pursuing MBA @ NIT . I would like to suggest u. first of all be clear with your requirement like what sort of qualities u want in ur employee, then collect the resume of the applicants and analyse them first of the pool of applicants are more, if not u can directly go with GD followed with PI. but as yours is an IT based company u have to concentrate on people who can work in a group that u have to catch up during GD and then after u have to see leadership skills and also some sort of technical skills.
Mostly concentrate on whether the applicant is a learner or not.....becoz for a fast and good learner u can easily train and mould.
