Thumbs up Why do Indian company hesitate to implement 360 degree appraisal?

Hi friends,

I need to share with you my view about 360 degree Appraisal.

This is the bitter truth of PMS that we speak about 360 degree. We are taught about it.

but the Indian organizations still hasitate to implement it as in INDIA Corporate context due to following reasons:-

1. The organizations are ruled as per heirarchy bases
2. people (subordinates) do not open up about their boss
3. Verteran kind of Managers
4. Power and Politics exists in organization
5. Majorly vertical (Top to Down) communication exists.

I need to know your views about it.
