Lightbulb Training need Analysis

Dear Friends,
Please tell me the ways to analyse the training need in an organization.
I think it is through-
1. survey or questionnaire method.
2. Job performance gap.
3. Individual analyis etc. i.e individual feedbacks.

What other can be the ways to analyse the training needs in an organization?
How the training need can be customized for the organization?
