I m Feras,i m pursuing mba from sikkim manipal university (distance education) and going to do my project work on the topic "recruitment and selection" in automobile(manufacturing) unit plz give me guidelines where to start, how to prepare questionnaire etc...ALSO i m bit confused about who will answer questionnaire questions i think it is head of HRD or sum1 else plzzzzzzz GUIDE ME..........
