I had given interview in RCOM, Koparkhairane, Mumbai on 4th April.
I also got selected and I am done with Medical Test.
The medical test report has also been forwarded to Rcom.
I have also been following up with the HR asking for offer letter but she told me to not to call her again and again and she will call me once my offer/appointment letter is ready.
It has been 2 weeks after I had last called the HR and she hasn't called me after that.

Now what should i do???

Does it take so long for getting approvals and making offer/appointment letter?????????
What might be the reason for such a delay????
