A friend of mine has around 7.5 years of software experience and is now working in mnc. She has faked 1.3 years extra in her resume when she joined mnc few months back.

She performs well and so now mnc has plans to send her abroad. However the visa process would start only after an year. Her company has terminated many people while processing visa. My friend has fear that she too would become terminated during visa process. She has faked her second employment by extending 1.3 years as she did not want to show gaps after which she has geniune work exp with 3rd and 4th employment for 2 years after which she has joined 6th employer.

Kindly advise as to how she can come out of this problem.
