A ready made organisation chart might not always work for you. Depending on its hierarchy and style of working, each organisation has its own unique organisation chart. While some organisation charts are horizontal, others can be vertical.

So you should first check out what kind of an organisation structure do you have and accordingly try and design an organisation chart for your company.
